"Most of us do not have the choices we think we have. We are responsible for our behavior, but men don't have limitless choices. Given our characters, maybe fewer choices than we think."

I believe that everything happens for a reason. We make our own choices and those choices can lead to different results. Each choice results in these results, and they all eventually seem to make sense after it all happens. We need to take responsibility for the way we react to choices and commit to the choices we make. If we make wise choices, I believe we are rewarded with good results. Or vise versa should we make poor decisions.
I believe this statement is very true. Although most of us would like to think we have limitless choices, we really don't. This is where circumstances come in. We all reach points in our lives where things like hope and faith can bring us to decision making. However in reality, circumstances is what will always guide us into what ever we chose. Circumstances, because we are humans, can be either wanting to please others, wanting to please yourself, trying to do whats "best", doing whats morally "best", etc. When all these things come in to consideration, our decisions, like what Arthur Miller said, become limited.
Man seems to have limitless choices, we feel free to think the way we want, and act the way we want. But when your moral beliefs or personal ideas come in between, our choices are very limited. It's these principles that decide what kind of choices we make, whether they be good or bad decisions.
